Hiroshi Okuno

Hiroshi Okuno (born 1984 in Gifu, Japan) is a contemporary Japanese ceramicist, draftsman, and musician. He is widely recognized as the co-founder of Taller Mono Rojo, an influential independent, high-temperature ceramic studio and collective based in Mexico City. Sculptor and installation artist whose minimalist practice engages with material, silence, and the physical experience of space.
